When you purchase a ticket you will be asked to provide your name, home address and e-mail address so that we can send out the tickets and contact the winner. You will also have the option to provide a telephone contact number if you wish. If you purchase a ticket online then your credit card details will be processed by PayPal and will not be passed to us.

Use of your information :
Your personal details will be used by us in the processing of your competition entry. We will NOT pass your details on to any third parties for any reason other than the following :

1) for the processing of your credit card payment
2) to detect, prevent or prosecute fraud or any other crime
3) to comply with any regulatory or legal requirement
4) if the business or any part of it is transferred to another company

It may be necessary to transfer information outside of the United Kingdom for some of the above reasons.

Your e-mail address will be used to send out the competition entry ticket and to notify the competition winner. We may also send occasional mails with an update on the competition and details of any future competitions that we run. We are against any form of ‘junk mail’ and will not pass on your e-mail address to any third parties and we will not use it for any unrelated marketing purposes.

Security :
Any information that you provide to us will be stored in an encrypted and password protected database that is not connected to the internet. Only people that are involved in the administration of the competition will be given access to the database.

Credit card payments will be processed by PayPal, we will not receive or store any credit card details. PayPal uses the latest military grade encryption to ensure that transaction details are kept safe.

A temporary cookie is also used to store the contact details when the order form is completed, this information is not stored on your PC and is deleted when the browser is closed. No personally identifiable information or credit card details will be retained in the cookie when you have closed your browser.
